Our Recommendation and Engagement with the Organization:

Continue to use Microsoft 365 and Copilot
Create a custom 2-part series to train staff on how to leverage Copilot
- Team the teach to leverage Microsoft Copilot in these key areas
  - Outlook: Generating emails using Copilot
  - Word: Edit and generate copy using Copilot
  - Excel: Leveraging Copilot for data insights and workbook creation
  - PowerPoint: Instantly generate, rewrite, design, and organize slides using simple prompts
- Develop a custom prompt and workflow for Case Note Documentation
  - Staff puts in prompt, dictates notes from client session, Copilot creates a professional case note in their template.
  - Train staff to refrain from inputting sensitive or confidential client information into Copilot.
- Train staff to record and transcribe meetings in Copilot
  - Eliminate manual note taking
- Create a Custom Agent to generate a templated meeting note summary
  - Reducing staff time and creating a standardized system to document meeting notes.
