Refund Policy

Effective Date: 3-9-2026

BotQueen sells digital products and also provides professional services including AI training, consulting, development, and speaking-related offerings. Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately, our refund terms are different from those for physical goods. BotQueen’s public website also promotes training, consulting, development, and speaking services.
 

1. Digital Product Sales

All sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated in writing on the specific product sales page.

Because digital products are intangible and may be downloaded, accessed, copied, or consumed immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Downloadable files

  • Templates

  • Guides

  • Toolkits

  • Training materials

  • Recordings

  • Other digital resources
     

2. Exceptions

We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis only in limited circumstances, such as:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product

  • You did not receive access to the product due to a verified technical issue

  • The product delivered is materially different from what was clearly described on the sales page

Refund requests based on personal preference, change of mind, lack of use, accidental purchase, or failure to read the product description are generally not eligible.
 

3. Request Deadline

If you believe you qualify for an exception, you must email us within 7 calendar days of purchase at info@botqueen.ai and include:

  • Your full name

  • Email used for purchase

  • Product name

  • Date of purchase

  • Proof of payment

  • A brief explanation of the issue
     

4. Unauthorized Sharing or Chargebacks

If we determine that a digital product was accessed, downloaded, shared, distributed, or used in violation of our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to deny a refund request.

Improper chargebacks or payment disputes made without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in loss of access to products, services, or future purchases.
 

5. Services, Training, and Consulting

For AI training, consulting, development, speaking engagements, or other service-based work, refund terms may be governed by a separate written proposal, service agreement, statement of work, or invoice terms.

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:

  • Deposits and retainers are non-refundable

  • Completed work and delivered services are non-refundable

  • Rescheduling may be allowed with reasonable notice

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations may be non-refundable
